Pinot Grigio & Rosemary jelly is bright with acid, wine and intense rosemary flavors that make magic with soft higher fat cheeses like Bries. The acid combines with the fat in the cheese to create the most fantastic creaminess in your mouth…… Yep it’s that good. Oh and chicken and lamb are “besties” with this jelly as well.

So many great uses: Use the rubs and rosemary salt, 6 pepper blend on beef, lamb (Tuscan rub), chicken and pork…. totally amazing.
The Rosemary salt and 6 pepper blend or the Tuscan rub can be tossed with potatoes/root veggies and oven roasted….divine! Pan fried potatoes tossed in Beer Can Chicken rub is super tasty too.
Mushroom Salt adds earthy flavour to soups, stews and sauces as well as scrambled eggs. Really it goes just about anywhere you want some extra punch.
Although it says Beer Can Chicken rub this is amazing tossed with veggies and olive oil for roasting, a dry or wet marinade for pork and chicken or on veggie burgers!
